GUIDANCE FOR COMPLETING THE RFL's ONLINE DBS PROCESS

Allow at least 1 hour to complete the DBS Form!

As part of our commitment to provide a safe and well run league Hampshire Youth Rugby League Association advise all clubs to Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) verify all regular volunteers.

The RFL states that DBS verification is mandatory for the following club roles:

Coaching staff
Team Managers (match day assistants)
First Aiders
Child Welfare Officers
Touchline Managers

Additionally Hants Youth Rugby League Association advise clubs that the following roles should also be supported by DBS Verification.

Physiotherapist (First Aid role)
Photographers/Videographers
Webmasters/Social Media Moderators
Club retained match officials
Any other roles as decided by your committee

Once you have completed the online form you must email one of our DBS Online Verifiers to confirm that you have completed the online form, they will arrange to see your identification documents and confirm your identity - enabling your form to be submitted.
