RFL Rules Governing The Movement Of Players Between Clubs
PLAYER TRANSFERS MUST BE CONCLUDED 24 HOURS BEFORE A FIXTURE.
The Player Transfer process only applies to permanent player transfers.
A player leaving a club may not return to their original club in the same season.
The maximum number of permanent transfers from from one club to another in a single season is two.
No club may sign more than three players from any other HYRLA club in a single season.
Player movement is restricted to prevent the artificial formation of 'super clubs' created by cherry picking the best players into one team.
