URGENT NOTICE TO ALL CLUBS & PARENTS
The deadline for player registrations ahead of the first fixture festival on Sunday 10th May will is midnight on Thursday 7th May.
Thereafter the deadline for all player regsirations will be 48 hours before a fixture to allow time for the application to be received, acknowledged and submitted to the RFL.
HYRL Player registrations should be submitted to Glenn Tyreman by email: spitfiresrugbyleague@gmail.com
For any player registered directly throught the RFL (eg: without Glenn as the middleman) must submit a copy of their player registration card to Glenn by email.
Players must be registered to the RFL before they can play a game. This applies to all fixtures including friendlies.
If a player is not fully registered both the player and the club are not insured should that player get injured. Therefore the unregistered player will not be allowed to participate.
HYRL can not sanction player registrations on the day of a fixture due to the RFL's requirement to varify the player's age in advance of participation.
To register a player please submit scanned copies of the following items by email to Glenn Tyreman (spitfiresrugbyleague@gmail.com)
1. Completed RFL Junior Player Registration form.
2. Jpeg 'passport' style photo of the player saved as: 'Firstname_Lastname_ClubName.jpg'
3. Proof of age document: Copy of a valid passport, birth certificate or medical card showing D.o.B.
NOTE: All clubs are expected by the RFL to keep a database of their players, including any medical conditions and to obtain consent forms for participation in training and games. These forms can be found here
